  • Site Manager

    Perfil Técnico:

    We are currently searching for a Site Manager to supervise the proper H&S management in the UK for new worksites as well as for maintenance installations.

    Responsabilities:

    -Carry out daily reports, Toolbox Talk, puwer registration list, plants register and others reports as required.
    -Will issue permit to work system.
    -Carrying out and monitoring all H&S inspection as required.
    -Will control operatives have suitable training to carry out their tasks.
    -Will keep all key plants and provide them to the authorized person.
    -Undertake a site safety induction of all new site personnel on site.
    -Stop any dangerous works on site.
    -Check, review, validate and monitor all sub-contractors site specific Method Statements, Risk Assessment and COSHH reports.
    -Carry out frequent inspection (daily) of all operations to ensure they are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the subcontractor Method Statement.
    -Elaborate internal Site Traffic Management Plan Layout and Site Emergency Plan. Planning ahead to ensure established traffic management and safe pedestrian routes are maintained.
    -Ensure and monitoring Site Segregation and housekeeping.
    -Will communicate any important issue to the H&S department.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    -SMSTS.
    -First Aid (3 day course)
    -CSCS card.
    -Minimum 1 year as Site Manager supervising worksites.


    WORKPLACE: UK.
    LANGUAGES: Fluent English and Spanish.
    COMPUTER SKILLS: Advanced user of MS Office.

  • Técnico de PRL, Calidad y Medio Ambiente

    Perfil Técnico:

    Buscamos una persona con formación en Ingeniería y Master en Calidad, Medio Ambiente y PRL, cuya misión principal será colaborar en la implantación y certificación de los sistemas de calidad, medio ambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OHSAS 18001), así como también, prestará apoyo en la gestión de EPC y O&M tanto en España como en Reino Unido.

    Funciones y responsabilidades:

    1. Implantación del sistema integrado de Calidad, Medioambiente y PRL.
    2. Visitas a las obras en construcción.
    3. Redacción de CPP para los trabajos de mantenimiento de O&M en UK.
    4. Control de la documentación, coordinación de actividades empresariales en España y UK.
    5. Visitas a las instalaciones en España durante los trabajos de mantenimiento.

    Requisitos:

    Idiomas: Inglés nivel alto.
    Informática: Paquete office.
    Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo 2 años en implantación de sistemas de calidad, medio ambiente y PRL o sistemas integrados. Experiencia en PRL.
    Lugar de trabajo: Valencia (Desplazamientos ocasionales a Reino Unido).

  • PV Development Manager

    Perfil Técnico:

    We are looking for a Development Manager with some experience in the solar photovoltaic market in the UK with the ability to undertake the following:

    Site-finding and development

    •Ability to targeting and search the countryside to find the best solar sites in the UK performing a preliminary feasibility analysis.
    •Ability to develop sites from zero (exclusivity or HOTs) through grid, option, planning, EPC/ICP and DNO through to financial close (SPA, Lease and EPC contract) ready for delivery.

    Lease land

    •Ability to assess the site requirements and work with farmers and landowners to establish the viability of candidate sites
    •Liaising with landowners and their representatives at all stages of the development process to keep them informed and as involved as they wish to be

    Planning and consent

    •Ability to create detailed and collaborative applications, working with planning authorities, statutory consultees and local communities to secure well-supported consents for the potential projects.
    •Assisting local communities meetings and briefings as required.

    Grid connection and accreditation

    •Ability to liaise with District Network Operators in order to facilitate a prompt connection of each site to the grid.
    •Ability to work with Ofgem to secure accreditation under the appropriate subsidy mechanism, whether Feed-in-Tariffs or Renewable Obligations.

    Reporting tasks

    Reporting regularly to the parties to the development process including the future investors/funders/clients.

    Market assessment and financial modelling

    •Ability to assess the market for bankable target clients, approach and presentation of the opportunity, negotiation of terms, manage in-house planning/grid/technical/project management teams through to financial close.
    •Managing a UK-wide network of 3rd party introducers, agents, surveyors, energy advisors, smaller solar developers in the targeted sourcing, selection, negotiation and acquisition of project rights.
    •Ability to design investment products to be as attractive, secure and transparent to the investor as possible.
    •Managing the creation of the diligence, market report, financials and prospectus.

    REQUERIMENTS:

    Previous experience in PV.
    Advanced user of MS Office.
    Willingness to travel in the UK and (eventually) internationally.

    LANGUAGES: Native English language skills and ability to understand/speak Spanish (yet this last requirement is not essential)
